Hi Sue… the blue I talk about in the video is ‘prussian blue’… it releases cyanide when heated, and is to be avoided. I do not use any oil paint that has a health warning on the label. Hope that helps. There is lots more information about paint, mixing and other stuff on the website, under FAQ’s…
