Hold Loosely, a theme that informs my art – is being revisited for ‘The Whole Ball of Wax’ (12 person encaustic show in Toronto – Sept.1/10)
‘Hold Loosely’ is a theme that found it’s way into a number of my encaustic pieces. A big part of my journey with encaustic painting has been about letting go of attachment to any particular outcome. I’m now doing another piece about this, as I prepare for a 12 person encaustic show in Toronto (Sept. 2010) called ‘The Whole Ball of Wax’.
